Effectiveness of maintenance of fire protection systems and maintenance of qualification. Most of the systems for fire safety which is entrusted with the safety of its citizens based not so much efficiency, or the only, on a proper installation, but primarily on a proper and regular maintenance. The effectiveness of maintenance depends, of course, the qualifications of the maintenance run. While for other relatively dangerous (such as power stations and elevators) were set rules to define the role of maintenance for the fire area this type of definition does not exist yet.
